Registration forms for the Spring 2010 season are now being accepted. Please see below for instruction on how to register. Any registrations received now will be placed on our wait list & assigned to teams as space permits.Most divisions have some space at this time. The fee for the Spring 2010 season is $60.00. Scholarships are available upon request. ATTENTION U19 Boys -- ages 14-18 -- Now is the time to register if you'd like to participate in Evanston AYSO.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING
Pre-register your child(ren) online at www.eayso.org -- see below for complete details -- print out and sign the form(s), and mail to us at Evanston AYSO 2906 Central St. #192 Evanston IL 60201 along with the following:
1) if a new player to Evanston AYSO, must include a copy of a birth certificate or passport for age verification. Do not send an original copy as it will not be returned. The Spring 2010 season is open to children born 8/1/89 - 7/31/05, no exceptions.
2) The fee for the Spring 2010 season is $60 per player. Checks should be made payable to Evanston AYSO; no credit cards accepted. Full and partial scholarships are available upon request; please include a note with your request.
3) Please indicated on your child's registration form where you will be volunteering with us for the Spring season. In addition to coaches, assistant coaches and referees, we are in need of people in many different capacities: equipment pickup/return on Sundays, coach equipment bag completion, registration, fields, etc. AYSO is an all-volunteer organization and our goal is 100% participation!
4) If you chose to coach, asst. coach or referee, you must also register yourself as a volunteer on www.eayso.org, print out 2 copies of your volunteer form, sign them & send in along with your child's materials. If you have not coached/ref'd before, a photo ID is required so please send a copy of your driver's license. Now to pre-register, go to www.eayso.org the National AYSO on-line pre-registration site. Three things to keep in mind as you are pre-registering on-line: 1) select Region 735 for Evanston AYSO (for new users only; returning players will be able to access their information & update as needed) 2) make sure you scroll all the way down the page and click SUBMIT once you've filled in all the information. 3) if you're having trouble printing out the form, temporarily disable your pop-up blocker. PLEASE NOTE: eAYSO does not work with Safari browsers, you must use Internet Explorer version 6.0 and above, Firefox version 1.0 and above or Netscape version 6.2 and above. You will use the same program to pre-register yourself as a coach, assistant coach, referee, or other volunteer. There are many volunteer opportunities within Evanston AYSO besides on-field positions.
